Pool
The pool at Nichols Landing is open late May to early September. All residents in good standing are welcome.
Pool access requires an electronic key fob, provided and activated by a Board member. To view the pool rules, request a fob, or reserve the pool pavilion, please log in to your Silverleaf homeowner account.
Tennis
Adjacent to the pool, two tennis courts are accessible year-round to residents in good standing.
Playground
Perfect for young children, the playground is located on the grounds just behind the pool.
Basketball
Fun for all ages, a single-hoop basketball court sits in the open area behind the tennis courts.
